Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any tier of the Mary Stone 2026 Secret Collection (the "Product") from Emston Media LTD ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. STAGED PRODUCT DELIVERY

The Secret Collection is a multi-part, staged-release product. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the following estimated delivery schedule:

  • Immediate Access: Winter Black: Personal FBI Case File and Winter Black: The Cross Files are delivered digitally via BookFunnel upon purchase.
  • Staged Digital Release: Amelia Storm: The Cutter Files (scheduled for late April 2026) and Shadow Island: The Crowe Files (scheduled for early May 2026) will be added to your digital library as they are completed.
  • Physical Shipments: Signed physical Case Files are estimated to ship in May 2026. Signed limited edition physical novellas are estimated to ship in July/August 2026.
  • Rolling Bonuses: Character Dossiers and Q&A Replays will be released periodically throughout 2026.

2. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Digital-Only Tiers (Secret Reader Pass): Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital content delivery, all sales of the Secret Reader Pass are final and non-refundable once the BookFunnel download link has been sent to the customer’s email.
  • Physical/Custom Tiers (Inner Circle & Legacy Vault): Refunds for these tiers are available only until April 20, 2026. After this date, customer names are submitted for professional printing in the "Acknowledgments" section of the physical books. Because these items are then considered "custom-made" or "personalized," they are exempt from standard return and refund policies under consumer protection laws.

3. "LIFETIME ACCESS" DEFINITION

"Lifetime Access" as used in our marketing refers to the duration of the specific series continuation launched in 2026.

  • This grants the purchaser the right to receive all "Alternative Endings" and "Hidden Bonus Scenes" created for the books within this specific season.
  • Access is granted for as long as Emston Media LTD continues to operate the Mary Stone digital infrastructure.
  • This access is non-transferable and is tied to the email address used at the time of purchase.

4. LEGACY VAULT LIVE SESSIONS

  • Attendance: Participation in live Quarterly Q&A sessions is optional. No partial refunds will be provided if a customer is unable to attend a live scheduled event.
  • Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior during live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live event without a refund if these standards are violated.

5. CHARACTER NAMING (IMMORTALIZATION)

For Legacy Vault members, the "Immortalization" perk is subject to the following:

  • Submission Deadline: Character names must be submitted via the "Reply to Welcome Email" process by April 20, 2026. Failure to provide a name by this date may result in the perk being forfeited to meet printing deadlines.
  • Approval: We reserve the right to reject names that are deemed offensive, use trademarked brands, or are otherwise incompatible with the fictional world.

6. SHIPPING AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Address Responsibility: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any reshipment fees caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Force Majeure: Emston Media LTD is not liable for delays in physical shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to postal strikes, natural disasters, or global supply chain disruptions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital and physical content provided in the Secret Collection is the intellectual property of Emston Media LTD. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to view/read the content. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly perform the content without express written consent.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Emston Media LTD is officially registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be settled in the courts of said jurisdiction.
