1. FICTIONAL CHARACTER "IMMORTALIZATION" The "Immortalization" perk offered in the Legacy Vault tier involves the use of a name provided by the customer for a fictional character within the Mary Stone literary universe.

  • Creative Control: Mary Stone and Emston Media LTD retain absolute and final creative control over the character’s personality, actions, dialogue, physical description, and ultimate fate (including character death) within the story.
  • No Real-World Association: The resulting character is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.
  • No Ownership or Royalties: Participation in the "Immortalization" perk does not grant the customer any ownership, copyright, intellectual property rights, or right to future royalties regarding the manuscript, the character, or any derivative works.
  • Content Standards: We reserve the right to reject names that are offensive, trademarked, or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, the customer will be asked to provide an alternative name.

2. SHIPPING & PRODUCT ESTIMATES By purchasing the Inner Circle or Legacy Vault tiers, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-manufactured collector’s set with a staged delivery schedule.

  • Timeline Estimates: All shipping dates (e.g., May for Case Files; July/August for Novellas) are "Approximate Retail Dates." While we strive for punctuality, these dates are subject to change based on printing delays, supply chain issues, or logistical complications.
  • Address Accuracy: Emston Media LTD is not responsible for items lost or misdirected due to incorrectly provided shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any address changes before the shipping cutoff (April 20, 2026).
  • International Customs: For orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Emston Media LTD is not responsible for local customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT & "LIFETIME ACCESS"

  • Access Platform: Digital bonuses and "Lifetime" content are delivered via BookFunnel. Continued access is dependent on the customer maintaining a valid email address on file.
  • Technical Liability: We are not responsible for technical issues originating from the user’s hardware, software, or internet service provider that may prevent the downloading or viewing of digital assets.
  • Service Duration: "Lifetime Access" refers to the operational life of the specific series continuation launched in 2026. Should the delivery platform (BookFunnel) or the publishing imprint cease operations, we will make a reasonable effort to provide final digital files to all active members before closure.

4. LIVE SESSIONS & ARCHIVES The Live Q&A sessions are group events. While Mary Stone makes every effort to answer as many questions as possible, purchase of a tier does not guarantee that your specific question will be addressed during a live call. Recordings of these sessions will be made available in the Archive for those unable to attend live.

5. EARNINGS & RESULTS Any "marketing value" or "perceived value" mentioned on the sales pages refers to the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the items included and is not a guarantee of the future resale value of the collector’s items.

6. NO WARRANTIES All content provided within the Secret Collection and on this website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, Emston Media LTD does not warrant that the books, dossiers, or digital files will be completely free of typographical errors, omissions, or technical inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emston Media LTD and Mary Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from: (i) Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the digital products; (ii) Any conduct or content of any third party (such as BookFunnel or shipping carriers); or (iii) Any content obtained from the products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or tier in question.

EXTERNAL LINKS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Our products and emails may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., BookFunnel, social media platforms, or external bookstores) that are not owned or controlled by Emston Media LTD. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using our products, you expressly relieve Emston Media LTD from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service.
